The end of season play-offs have been taking place this week. Calne Falcons came through a tough match against Avon on Monday. They were never ahead until the last end which is where it matters, winning the game by one shot. In the semi-finals they played North Wilts and this was a more comfortable game. The Falcons were always just ahead and opened up a decent gap after the tea break to win by seven shots. They now progress to the final which will be played on Thursday 4th at Spencer Melksham at 2pm. This is a repeat of last year’s final with the opposition again being Chippenham Town A.
